  • Flexible Training Plan: Adjustments based on your individual training responses and schedule changes.

  • Gut Training, Race Day Fueling & Hydration Planning: Show up to your next race with a fueling and hydration strategy you are confident in.

  • Strength and Mobility Recommendations: Receive recommendations on strength training and mobility.

  • Nutrition Recommendations: Receive recommendations for foundational nutrition and diet choices.

  • Premium TrainingPeaks Account: TrainingPeaks account paid for by your coach for data analysis and enhanced training experience through the TrainingPeaks app.

  • Weekly Video Feedback: Video feedback provided by your coach once a week.

  • Phone/ Video Calls: Basic coaching gets 30 minutes of coaching calls per month, premium plans get up to 2 hours.

Premium Only:

  • 2 Hours per Month of Phone/Video Calls: Benefit from regular coaching calls for personalized support and guidance.

  • Strength Training Programming: Fully customized strength training program to support your running goals.

  • Unlimited Communication: Unlimited communication with your coach with 24 hour responsiveness on weekdays and 48 hour responsiveness on weekends.
